Order Confirmation

You'll receive two emails after you place your order, provided you supplied us with a valid email address:

  • The first email confirms that your order was received. This email usually arrive within 24 hours.
  • The second email confirms that your order was shipped out from our warehouse. This email provides the tracking number(s) of your package. You can also check the current status of your order via the Order Status page on our website.
Order Tracking

You can check the status of your IPEVO Online Store orders by clicking on Order Status at the top of any page. If you have an order outstanding, you will see its details. If you have more than one order outstanding, you will also see your previous orders under "My Account". From there, you can click on a specific order to see its details.

On the "My Account" page, you'll see your order history. By clicking on order details, you will see the tracking information, payment information, shipping information and items ordered.

Occasionally, we may send an order in multiple packages. In such cases, we'll provide tracking information for all packages, as well as details on which items you can expect in which package.

Change in Your Order Status

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, we'll notify you by email immediately.

Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, if you've paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges.
