| If I accidentally select Do not allow this program to use Skype, how should I change this setting? |
The buttons and features for free.2 USB phone will not work if you select Do not allow this program to use Skype. However, you can change the setting via Skype.
1.Open Skype ,select Tools from the dropdown menu, and then select Options.
2.Select Privacy on the left menu, and click on Manage other programs to access Skype at the bottom of the window.
3.Select free.2EXE in Manage API Access Control window, and then click Change. window, and then click Change.
4.In Manage API Access Control window, please first select .Allow this program to use Skype and then click OK. The change of setting is then complete.

After successful installation of free.2 driver,free.2 will run automatically as a background service and the free.2 Control Panel will appear on your desktop system tray, go to Start All Programs IPEVO and click on free.2 to start it manually.

Please go to free.2 Control Panel and ensure Audio In (Mircrophone) is set with free.2 under Sound Device for Skype in Sound Devices tab. Then move the side bar for Audio In towards high and ensure the Mute box is not checked.
| No sound can be delivered through external speakers after I plus in free.2 to the computer. |
Please open free.2 Control Panel , select Sound Devices tab. Under Windows Default Sound Device, set your computer sound card as Audio Out Device and click OK.
| No sound comes out of free.2 but only the original speakers after I plug free.2 into the computer. |
Please go to Sound Device tab in free.2 Control Panel . Then ensure Audio Out Device is set to free.2 under Sound Device for skype and click OK
