Regretfully we are currently unable to ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, APO, FPO, DPO, or PO Boxes.

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 3 to 6 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) for the United States.

Free Shipping offer for orders over $50 does not apply to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii. Perch Stand is excluded from the free shipping policy, and its price does not count towards the $50 free shipping limitation.

Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive within 2 business days.

Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.

Express delivery to rural routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.

Express delivery is not available for Alaska and Hawaii addresses.

Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order. Also, there is no shipping and handling charge for a Gift Card unless you ship via express delivery.

Shipping carrier is determined according to the shipping address. The carriers that may be used are: United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We are finding ways to solve this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
