California Orders

Because our office is located in San Jose, CA, all orders being shipped to State of California are charged 9.25% sales tax. If you are a tax exempt organization, please contact us at 408-490-3085 for assistance. We will ask you to fax us a copy of your tax exempt certificate to 408-490-3085 and you can place the order with us over the phone.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside of the US will be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when they arrive. We have no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs laws and fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. Also, because we are a retail store, we are NOT able to mark orders as 'Gifts' for customers to avoid paying these fees.
