How to order

How do I order online?
You will not need to register an account in IPEVO.com to place an order. However, online order status is only avaliable to IPEVO.com registered members. We recommend you to create an account before you place orders. (To create an account, click on "Create Account" at the top of any page.)

Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order.

  1. Find the items you want
  2. Click the Add to Cart button found on every product page. You may continue to add items to your basket until your order is complete.
  3. Proceed to Checkout
  4. Sign In/Create a New Account
  5. Enter a shipping address
  6. Choose a shipping method
  7. Provide payment information and a Password
  8. Review and submit your order
  9. Check your order status

Having problems ordering online?
If you have any problems when following above steps, you can place orders by fax at 408-490-3085 or email to sales-america@ipevo.com. Our sales representatives will place orders for you.

Can I make changes to my order?
If your order is still in New status, we are able to make some changes. Please send an email to cs@ipevo.com as soon as possible to make these changes. We are not able to change items in your shopping cart, or add additional items to your order once your order has been completed.

What's your cancellation policy?

You have the ability to cancel your own order, as long as it hasn't been sent to our warehouse for processing. To cancel your order, go to your account page. Any order that hasn't been sent to the warehouse will have a note saying that the order can be canceled. Click the "cancel" link, and confirm the cancellation on the confirmation page. Your credit card will not be charged, and the order will be deleted permanently.

NOTE: Orders placed using Paypal account cannot be canceled from our web site. Please send email to cs@ipevo.com to cancel Paypal orders.

NOTE: Please note that our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, once the orders has changed to the processing status, our customer service staff will not be able to make any changes of it.
